Students Promoting Action Responsibility and Knowledge
Empowering the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs.
Every great innovation, company, and movement began with someone who saw a problem and believed they could solve it. At SPARK, students in grades 5–9 learn to think like innovators through hands-on entrepreneurship workshops that build creativity, confidence, leadership, and real-world problem-solving skills.

Rather than simply teaching business concepts, SPARK challenges students to think critically about the world around them. Students learn how to recognize practical issues, investigate why they exist, gather evidence through research, and design creative solutions that have the potential to improve their schools, neighborhoods, and communities.
Through engaging workshops, collaborative activities, and project-based learning, students develop practical skills that extend far beyond entrepreneurship, including communication, teamwork, research, leadership, creativity, and resilience. Every workshop is designed to help students build the confidence to believe that they don't have to wait until they're adults to make a meaningful impact.
Students today are growing up in a world shaped by complex challenges, from environmental sustainability and mental health to rapid advances in technology and artificial intelligence. Tackling these challenges will require more than academic knowledge from a classroom — it will demand a generation of resilient, curious, and adaptable problem-solvers who possess the entrepreneurial mindset to turn these obstacles into opportunities.
While schools provide an essential academic foundation, many students have limited opportunities to develop these skills through hands-on experiences. They rarely have the chance to identify meaningful problems, investigate why they exist, collaborate with others, and bring their own ideas to life.
SPARK was created to bridge that gap. By introducing entrepreneurship at an early age, we help students build the confidence, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset needed to create meaningful change, both now and in the future.
Rather than starting with products, entrepreneurs start by noticing problems others overlook. Students build the mindset to spot opportunities and approach challenges with creativity and resilience.
Students explore challenges affecting their schools, communities, and everyday lives, learn to identify root causes, gather research, and understand the people impacted.
Applying brainstorming, design thinking, and collaboration, students transform ideas into practical solutions that address real needs in their communities.
Move beyond brainstorming by developing, refining, and presenting your own innovation project — learning that great ideas become meaningful through action.
Throughout the Young Innovators Program, students take part in engaging activities, team discussions, guided workbook exercises, and creative challenges.
